At Earthy Elegance, every piece you order is made just for you — whether it’s printed wall art, handcrafted furniture, or personalized lifestyle accessories. We work with trusted partners to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and detail in every product we deliver. While we don’t mass produce, we do guarantee quality — and if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

 

WHAT’S COVERED

We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery on all products purchased through theearthyelegance.com. This warranty covers:

  1. Manufacturing defects (e.g. broken zippers, warped wood, faulty assembly)
  2. Print issues (e.g. significant misprints, discoloration, alignment problems)
  3. Material flaws (e.g. fabric tears, damage to surfaces on arrival)

To qualify, the item must be unused and the issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

 

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

As a made-to-order brand, we cannot accept warranty claims under the following circumstances:

  1. General wear and tear or aging of materials over time
  2. Minor visual inconsistencies due to handcrafting or natural wood grain
  3. Slight color shifts due to lighting or screen variations
  4. Damage caused by improper care, washing, assembly, or installation
  5. Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect after delivery
  6. Claims submitted beyond the 30-day warranty window

We reserve the right to decline any warranty requests that appear fraudulent or intentionally manipulated.

 

📦 FOR HANDCRAFTED ITEMS & FURNITURE

Natural variations in texture, finish, color, or pattern are expected and are part of the beauty of handmade pieces. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for warranty coverage.

 

📲 HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe your item has a qualifying defect, please follow these steps within 30 days of receiving it:

  3. Provide:

  5. Clear photos or videos of the issue
  6. A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the product type and availability.

 

🔄 REPLACEMENT & RESOLUTION TIMELINE

Approved warranty replacements are made-to-order and typically shipped within 7–12 business days. For items that are no longer available, a credit or refund may be issued.

Product images on our site are digital previews. Final products may have slight differences in color, scale, or alignment, especially on fabric and natural materials. These are normal and not defects.
