❌ Earthy Elegance – Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 20 MAY 2025

Every Earthy Elegance product is made-to-order, crafted individually once your order is confirmed. Because of the customized nature of our production process, our cancellation and refund policies differ slightly from mass-market brands.

 

📦 CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT (WITHIN 6 HOURS)

If your order has not yet entered production, you may cancel it within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@theearthyelegance.com or by messaging “HI” on WhatsApp at +91 84293 75726.

If accepted, your order will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Important: Once the item moves to production (which typically begins within 6–12 hours for most POD products), cancellations are no longer possible.

 

🚫 CANCELLATION AFTER PRODUCTION STARTS

Because each item is custom-made just for you:

  1. We do not allow cancellations or changes once the order has entered the production queue.
  2. Please double-check your order details (size, color, design, shipping address) before confirming your purchase.

 

🪑 FURNITURE ORDERS

For furniture orders, you can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, as production timelines are longer. After this period, the cancellation window closes and the item moves into handcrafted production.

 

💸 ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

  1. If your cancellation request is submitted before production/shipment and is accepted, there are zero cancellation charges.
  2. If your prepaid order is already in production or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.
  3. For COD orders, the ₹100 confirmation fee is non-refundable if production has started.

 

🛠️ WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM? WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED.

We take pride in quality, but if your order arrives:

  1. Damaged
  2. Misprinted
  3. With the wrong product or design

Then we’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund — no returns required.

Simply email us at info@theearthyelegance.com or send a message on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery, along with:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. A clear photo/video showing the issue

Our team will resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

🕒 REFUND TIMELINE

  1. Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 business days
  2. The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway
