Every Earthy Elegance product is custom-made just for you β from wall art and accessories to handcrafted furniture. While we donβt offer returns for change-of-mind purchases, we do stand by our quality and will gladly replace or refund defective items.

β WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items you no longer want or mistakenly ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee in case your product:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Is misprinted or incorrect
- Is significantly different from what you ordered
In such cases, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund β no return required.

β NON-RETURNABLE CATEGORIES
All products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. This includes but is not limited to:
- Print-on-demand decor & lifestyle items
- Furniture and homeware
- Personal use items (pillows, towels, tableware, etc.)

π WHAT IS OUR REPLACEMENT POLICY?
We thoroughly inspect every item before it leaves our partner facilities. Still, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
You must initiate the request within 30 days of delivery by providing proof of issue.

If approved, your replacement will be produced and shipped within:
- 7β8 business days for POD items
- 12β15 business days for furniture or handcrafted items
If the product is out of stock or discontinued, weβll offer a full refund or a voucher of equivalent value, based on your preference.

π RETURN/REPLACEMENT TIMELINES
- All valid return or replacement claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5β7 business days to reflect.

- Please double-check all order details (color, size, address) before checkout β we cannot modify them once production begins.
- If the product was damaged during delivery, report it with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
- We do not require you to ship back the defective product.
